Climbing Stairs to Loose Weight.....

C a n  I  do I t ? ? Well here I am now looking almost like this
 and I hate it...

So to rectify the problem.. I am beginning to climb stair - 17th floors ( 1/2/3 times a day will do  I think....

However, Yanti told me that climbing stairs bulk up your thighs - so.... after googling up.. I came up with this wonderful article that proves my theory right O
